How Founder Reps Works
Founder Reps is a 90-day leadership sprint. We start with a lightweight 360 + self-assessment, choose one behavior to upgrade, then run weekly reps with clear guidance and real accountability.
Get the Real Picture
We start with clarity, not guesswork.
You choose 4–6 people who work closely with you. I have them complete a short confidential survey, and when helpful, a brief call. You complete a self-assessment.
I map the overlaps, contradictions, and patterns that show how you lead when things go well, and when they don’t.
Outcome: You gain a clear and honest picture of how your team experiences your leadership. That gives us a short list of opportunities to change so your business can move faster.
Example directly from a real assessment.
Theme Assessed
Calm Under Pressure
Self 4.5
Peers 3.2
Your self-perception is higher than the team’s experience. That gap is where we work.
“Great instincts, but gets intense when things break.”
“The team doesn’t always know how he’ll react.”
“Moves fast… sometimes too fast for others to follow.”
Example Reps
- Slow your first response by 5–10 seconds.
- Ask one clarifying question before reacting.
- Share the reasoning behind your decisions.
Choose the One Thing
This sprint isn’t about trying harder. It’s about becoming an effective leader under pressure.
From your diagnostic, we pinpoint the one behavior where change will have the greatest impact on your leadership in the next 90 days.
- Not five things.
- Not “everything you need to fix.”
- One behavior with the highest upside.
This becomes your Sprint Mission, the one upgrade we attack with maniacal focus.
Outcome: You leave with one clear target for 90 days, so your team gets faster and calmer without you trying to fix everything at once.
Contact MeBuild the New Behavior
Each week, you’ll get short reps from me you can practice in real-time. A rep might be:
- a pause,
- a tone adjustment,
- or a question asked differently.
Small reps. Compounding returns.
Each rep changes what happens in the moment, so conversations, decisions, and momentum shift in real time.
Outcome: You build a new default under pressure, so conversations stay clean, and your team stops waiting on you.
Contact MeStay On Track
Founders don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do. They struggle because they’re doing it alone.
When you join Founder Reps, you’re placed in a small circle of founders who are also running their own sprint; people who understand the pressure, pace, and weight of leading a team.
This isn’t group therapy, and it isn’t a loose mastermind. It’s where founders see patterns they can’t see alone.
Inside each session, we look at:
- Where your one thing showed up
- What rep made the biggest difference
- What friction point is still appearing
Between calls, the circle stays connected in a quiet, signal-only channel. The kind of support founders rarely get but always wish they had.
And as your coach, I’m in your corner the whole way.
I check in with you, review your patterns, and nudge you when you’re slipping or missing something important.
Outcome: You stay on track because you’re no longer doing this in isolation. The circle gives you honesty and perspective. I keep you accountable and moving.
Contact MeSee What Changed
Most founders think they know how they’re showing up. But deep down, they wonder:
“Is my team responding well to me?”
“Do I come across the way I intend?”
“Am I the reason things feel harder than they should?”
At the 90-day mark, we go back to the people who experience your leadership every day and ask them the only questions that matter:
What’s changed?
What’s easier now?
Where are they feeling the difference?
And this is where things click.
For example, a direct report says, “You don’t snap under pressure anymore.”
A team member says, “I always know where we stand now.”
These small shifts add up. That’s the point of Founder Reps.
Outcome: You get proof you can measure: calmer conversations, cleaner decisions, fewer bottlenecks, and a team that performs better because you’re leading differently.
